“Women are among the most resilient beings, enduring much,” Regina Chukwu says as she sends an encouraging message to her gender.

Nollywood actress Regina Chukwu has praised women as some of the most resilient individuals on Earth.

In a post on her Instagram page, she highlighted how a woman can be in her car, on her bed, or in the bathroom, shedding tears due to stress, yet still manage to present herself as unbothered, smiling, and going about her daily life as if nothing is wrong.

She emphasized the challenges women face and shared an encouraging message, expressing her appreciation for their strength.

“You’d be surprised at how often a woman finds herself crying in her car, on her bed, in the bathroom, or in the living room because she’s overwhelmed. However, when she reemerges, she appears perfectly fine and composed, managing to smile and carry on with her day as if nothing happened.

Women are truly some of the most resilient creatures, facing numerous challenges.

To all the women reading this, I just want to say that I appreciate you for being strong through it all.”

Actor and preacher Woli Arole addressed the harmful belief that women should not have a voice in marriage. He emphasized that the idea that women cannot express their thoughts or opinions is fundamentally wrong. Arole reminded men that submission does not equate to being silent or inept, and that a wife should be viewed as a helpmate.

Additionally, actress Mary Njoku sent an encouraging message to religious women in Nigeria, stating that there is nothing wrong with using IVF (in vitro fertilization). She urged these women to freely share their IVF experiences in their testimonies, so that God can use their stories to inspire and bless other families.
